Playing piano to Romsai, a male elephant that lives at [ Ссылка ] Elephants World in an extremely caring elephant sanctuary in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.

You may notice the "red for danger" rope around Romsia's neck. Red ropes warn humans that the elephant is considered dangerous and not to go close to them. Romsai has his own space at Elephants World away from visitors. It's taken a number of years to gain Romsai's trust in order to get this close to him.

Romsai, as you can see in this video is in musth. The dark patches on the sides his head are not holes where he has been cruelly beaten with bull-hocks but temporal ducts that secrete temporin, a dark tar-like substance, in every male elephant's mating cycle.

Romsai has a caring mahout called Yai. Each day Yai gives Romsai excellent care and attention as everyone knows that volunteers to help conservation projects with elephants at Elephants World here in Thailand.
