Cinnamon Stick 2
Bay leaves (taiz patta) 3

Mutton Yakhni Pulao Ingredients:

Mutton Broth 1.5 litres
Rice 1 kg
Salt 2 tbsp or add to taste
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Zeera 1 tbsp
Taiz patta 3 to 4
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamon 4 to 5
Cinnamon stick 1 large
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cloves 1/2 tsp
Star Anise 1


Lehsan Chutney Ingredients:

Whole red chilli 1/2 cup
Lehsan 4 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
