Rear leg elevated split squat 50/35
Double dumbbell hammer curl 50/35
Double dumbbell reverse step lunge 50/35
Barbell curl 65/45

Perform 10 of each movement then nine of each movement then eight of each movement and so forth until you perform one of each movement.

You can go go up or down in as you decrease the reps.

On all single leg movements perform the total reps on each leg.
