In this short video, I am showing how to make Sri Lankan favourite traditional dish, coconut sambal, commonly called as pol sambol. The process is easy to follow and have English subtitles.

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය:
ගාගත් පොල් කෝප්ප 1
රතුළූණු ගෙඩි 4-5
සුදුළූණු බික් 4
කෑලි මිරිස් තේ හැඳි 2
ගම්මිරිස් ඇට හැඳි 1
කොච්චි කරල් කිහිපයක් (අවශ්‍යම නැත)
දෙහි යුෂ
රස අනුව ලුණු

Ingredients:
Grated coconut cup 1
Small onion 4-5
Garlic cloves 4
Chilli flakes tsp 2
Pepper seeds tsp 1
Green chilli 1-2 (optional)
Lime
Salt to taste
