Cocoa Powder can be prepared easily at Home.First we apply fermentation on cocoa seed. Then the seeds are roasted to the seed coats brittle and easily separable. This is then passed through a filter-press, whereby suspended matter is removed and a clear pale yellow oily liquid obtained. This sets upon cooling to form a brittle solid. The seeds contain about 50% of fat, by removing this we can easily take cocoa powder.
