The governor of Russia's Primorsky Region Oleg Kozhemyako published a video on Tuesday (September 12) of North Korean leader King Jong Un talking to Russian officials after his arrival in Russia.

Kozhemyako and Russian Natural Resources Minister Alexander Kozlov greeted Kim after he disembarked from his armoured train.

Kim is expected to have talks during his visit with President Vladimir Putin, who is currently visiting Russia's Far East region.
