A fancy appetizer for your Saturday night dinner? Here’s @ronis_recipes making a Mediterranean Tuna Sashimi that is just absolutely fabulous!
½ pound/250 grams sushi-grade raw tuna
1 cup yogurt
Olive oil
Sumac
Salt
Cucumber salad:
2 cucumbers, chopped
1 green chili pepper, chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 lemon, squeezed
Slice the tuna into slices about 0.5 cm thick and arrange on a plate.
Add olive oil generously, add yogurt and cucumber salad, sprinkle sumac and salt on top (you can also add lemon on top)
