As part of the USAID's Municipal Heating Reform (MHR) Project, the information campaign on efficient energy consumption hopes to attract attention of the Ukrainian citizens to the problem of Ukraine's dependence on imported energy carriers and heat losses in the multi-apartment buildings caused by negligence of the citizens in energy efficiency issues.
