The Munster Koach model car by AMT. Took some time to build this kit. I had some problems along the way. I had to fix some areas, and modify a few others. I had the front axle crack, back rim crack, and had to fix the motor mount area. I added pins to the seat holders, and the brake light. This helped in mounting and gluing the pieces into place, and made for a solid fit. I still see areas on this car that might give me problems in the future. These areas are the side pipes, steps, & headlights.
It's not a bad kit, it hasn't been updated since it first came out in the 60's. All that has been added to these kits are newer decals, and a cardboard display. There are mold lines on some of the parts that need to be shaved down.
I hope pointing out some of the problems, and showing some of the fixs will help others with this kit. Overall it is a nice kit, colors pop, and on the display the model looks really good.
I used MoloTow Chrome Marker, Tamiya Gold Metallic, & Tamiya Clear Yellow on my chrome, and gold pieces.
