Around 300 people marched peacefully through Flushing, Michigan on Tuesday July 7, 2020 as part of a Black Lives Matter protest.
The event, organized by Malia Marve, a 2017 Flushing High School graduate, and Eeshyia Smith, included speakers DeWaun Robinson, president of Black Lives Matter Flint, Johnie Franklin III, vice president of Black Lives Matter Flint, and U.S. Rep. Dan Kildee, D-Flint Township.
