A second person was arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at a north Charlotte motel last month, court records show.

Andre Poole is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon for his alleged involvement in a June 20 shooting that killed 35-year-old Howard Page. It happened at the Budget Inn on Old Interstate Road, just off Interstate 85 and North Graham Street. It's unclear if the incident started inside the hotel or the parking lot, where Page was found.
