Old hunters Dlc is required for this and i just confirmed it on 10 December 2020!
You have to get to the Living failures Boss fight.
Before you enter the Boss room exit and Copy your Save to usb or cloud ,cause it will take a few tries then you can just copy the save back to your console!
Also you do Require 3 Heir Runes , 2 of them is in the main game and the 3rd is in a chalice dungeon!

Chalice glyph : srigzz9m

You have to kill them with 2 Visceral attacks within at least 5 seconds.

if you fail you get 9.5+ million But thats why you have a copy of your save.
I was on NG+5 so i got 500+million
On NG+6 you'll get 660+million!
