Is intermittent fasting better for weight loss?
IF, or time restricted eating, often gets touted as the best diet for weight loss. But when you look at the evidence for it, is that really the case? According to what we currently have available, intermittent fasting doesn't seem better than standard calorie restriction diet... So is it something that you should do?
In my opinion it comes down to what you can stick to over the longer term for weight loss. If you can't stick to something for months or perhaps years, then you'll be back to the same place as when you started.
