When we are diagnosed with cancer, we would do anything to get a clean bill of health. Anything.

But as we get further and further out from treatment, priorities shift and we start falling back on old habits.

We let work, the kids, life, etc etc take priority. Exercise becomes an after thought and food is just something we try to take care of as fast as possible.

It’s natural for this to happen. Our culture doesn’t make it convenient to eat healthy and exercise but we NEED to do it to stay cancer free.

So instead we have to shift our mindset, shift our habits and make start but simple decisions to reduce your risk of a recurrence.
