Welcome beloved soul family. I invite you to get comfortable for a moment. Close your eyes, take a deep breath into your belly and drop into your sacred heart and throat chakras. This is a vocal transmission from my heart to yours.
I am using note G and note G# for the throat chakra.
As I play these Tibetan singing bowls and allow my voice to flow with the intention to heal, just give yourself permission to breathe deeply and making sound with me... Whether it's sighing on the outbreath, humming or singing... it doesn’t matter how it sounds, just feel into what feels good and allow whatever is needed to come through you at this time.
