The Infinity Arm by Curls In The Rack can be used for many exercises.
In this case I set it up as a belt squat with the lever arm attachment and kickstand.
The kickstand comes in clutch during belt squats (and calf raises) because I can start the exercise from a standing position.
This makes it easier to start with the right form.
Once done, I set the kickstand back and I can disconnect myself from the lever arm without having to kneel down.
Definitely makes belt squats and calf raises more enjoyable.
Compared to other belt squat machines, the lever arm does take on some of the weight and does not give you full vertical resistance but it is a home gym belt squat alternative for power rack.
