In partnership with Revelation Perth International Film Festival, Vincent's Film Project provides early-career filmmakers with the opportunity, support and funding to make a short non-fiction work that demonstrates their filmmaking talents. The project aims to reflect the City of Vincent by showcasing local stories, characters and urban legends in Vincent.
