Components :

▪1 octopus 1 kg to 1,300 gr fresh or frozen
▪1 large onion (cut into medium Cube)
▪6 grains of allspice
▪1/8 teaspoon oregano
▪1 large or 2 small bay leaves
▪1/8 teaspoon black pepper
▪1 small cup ( No mug ) white wine or rosé - Can be replaced with ouzo or raki ( 100gr )
▪1 can of diced tomatoes (400 gr) or Frozen Concise Tomato-Cook : [ Ссылка ]
▪1 tablespoon tomato paste
▪1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (100 g)
▪500 gr of paste - chopped pasta or choose the pasta you like best
▪salt optional (according to our taste) ***Octopus can have enough salt. So be careful not to make your food salty.
