This is a live version of "Part III" by Bad Religion, live at the Xtra Limmathaus, in Zurich, Switzerland, on August 22nd, 2000. The video I made contains real war footage, as well as clips from the movie "1984" (1954).

August the 6th. This same day, 64 years ago, a new era began. An atom bomb called "Little boy" was dropped on Hiroshima, in Japan. 140.000 people died. The whole world was terrorized, discovering the immense potential of weapons of mass destruction.

We should never forget the victims of human hate, who often are people like you and me. Every day, people like you and me die somewhere in the world, because of someone fighting in the name of greed. There are conflicts we don't even know about, because the media prefer to talk about fairy tales. Wars are being masked as "humanitarian acts", while innocents silently die. War is no humanitarian act. War is no fairy tale. Raping someone else's country brings death upon the most innocent human beings. Children die because of men trying to act tough... because of men trying to serve their own country, when their country doesn't care about them at all. And governments count money over dead soldiers bodies. The same money they'll use to construct new, more powerful, more deadly weapons. The circle never ends.
