If you're considering using an inversion pain to help reduce your lower back pain and/or your sciatic nerve pain (aka "sciatica"), you might be wondering how long you should use the inversion table.
In this video, I'll tell you how I have my clients with back pain and sciatica get started on an inversion table for the first time, and then I'll tell you how I have them gradually increase their time on the inversion table for more lasting pain relief.
I'll also describe how to progress from a 45 degree inversion angle to a 60-90 degree angle over time, and I'll share some information about how to perform "intermittent inversion" by returning to horizontal every 3-5 minutes.
