The Philippine National Police will ask the court to expedite the issuance of orders allowing the police to immediately dispose the illegal drugs that were confiscated in Tondo Manila on Sunday, Oct. 9.
The PNP made the appeal to the court to dispel suspicions that confiscated drugs are being recycled and sold in public.
