21st July: Middleton-in-Teesdale to High Cup Nick (wild camping) 00:24 - 3:09
22nd July: High Cup Nick to Greg's Hut (mountain bothy) 3:09 - 5:36
23rd July: Greg's Hut to (a little further than) Alston (wild camping) 5:36 - 7:36
24th July: Alston to Holmhead (campsite) 7:36 - 11:09
25th July: Holmhead to Once Brewed (Winshields campsite) 11:09 - 12:24
26th July: Once Brewed to Bellingham (Demesne Farm campsite) 12:24 - 13:55
27th July: rest day in Bellingham
28th July: Bellingham to Byrness (Forest View Inn, camping) 14:15 - 16:11
29th July: Byrness to Clennell Street (wild camping) 16:11 - 19:13
30th July: Clennell Street to Kirk Yetholm (wild camping) 19:13 - 21:13
31st July: bus to Kelso, bus to Galashiels, train to Edinburgh
2nd August: train to London
3rd August: train to Brussels and then to Welkenraedt which is close to the German border
