Paris Hilton gave her opening statement Child Welfare Programs saying, "I am here to be the voice for the children whose voices can't be heard. While this committee has a responsibility to move bipartisan solutions for, to protect them, I strongly advocate for the reauthorization of title four B. Families need resources and support so they don't need to come into the child welfare system in the first place."
