Dr Glenn Foard -- one of the world's leading battlefield archaeologists -- has already played a crucial role in the saga of the Battle of Bosworth, where Richard met his end in 1485, fighting for his crown against the usurper who became the first Tudor king. Now a new book, co-authored by Dr Foard and the historian Professor Anne Curry, describes the background to the battle and the archaeological project to find out where it was actually fought.
