Ingredients:
Hamburger meat (I use about 2 lbs to make 8 nice size patties, so we have leftovers)
Garlic Salt (About 1-1 1/2 tsp)
Montreal Steak Seasoning (About 1-1 ½ Tbsp)
Onion Powder (About 1 tsp)
Dale’s Seasoning (About 4 generous splashes, maybe 4 Tbsp)
Pepper
Thinly sliced potatoes
Thinly sliced onion
Thinly sliced zucchini
Thinly sliced yellow squash
Olive oil spray
Foil (2 sheets per patty)
Optional:
Carrots, mushrooms, corn (whatever combo of veggies you like!)
Mix meat, garlic salt, steak seasoning, onion powder, and Dale’s in large bowl (don’t over mix). Divide into however many patties you are going to make (I made 8). Make sure all your veggies are sliced about the same thickness, so they cook evenly. To assemble the packs: lay one sheet of foil vertically and then another sheet horizontally. Spray lightly with Olive oil spray, so nothing sticks. Place your hamburger patty in the middle of the foil and press the middle down a little. Add your veggies and potatoes on top and then season lightly with garlic salt and pepper. Wrap the first layer of foil over the ingredients and secure. Now wrap the second layer of foil and secure. You want to make sure the ends are folded up, so nothing leaks out while cooking. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 375 degrees for about 35-45-55 mins depending on the size of your packs. I ended up cooking mine about 55 mins or so because my packs were bigger. I like to serve with Heinz 57, or you could use A-1 too!
I hope you enjoy!
