Scott Curtis (inset), 45, from Cwmdare, south Wales, was jailed at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Friday, July 19 using evidence from the footage. In it, he can be seen polishing his car before answering his phone and telling a buyer: 'I don't do Valium, gear I do.' He then agrees a price of 'three for 25' (main). He goes on to say he 'will be there in 10 minutes', before setting off in his yellow Ford Focus to carry out the drug deal. Detective constable Steve Woolley, of South Wales Police, was then able to see the entire drug deal play out in full view. South Wales Police were able to obtain the footage after stopping Curtis while driving along the A4059 towards Mountain Ash on September 6, 2018. When Curtis appeared at crown court he pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and possessing heroin with intent to supply and producing cannabis. He was jailed for two years and six months.
