Making soft shell tacos using corn tortillas is a very straight forward requiring some frying and usually takes about 30 seconds per shell. You can use any type of filling when they are done. For example, my previous video showed how to make an easy ground beef taco filling.
This method is the same way you would try the tortillas for making enchiladas where one technique covers many dishes.
