Autumn is the best season to eat lotus root. I have been making this stir-fried lotus root every week recently. The seasonings put in could not be simpler, but the original flavor of the vegetables is very delicious. If you are vegetarian, sausages can be omitted.

Sweet peppers (green) 小青椒

Chicken broth 鸡汤
