The interactions of feeding Girl & Demon Kid to Human Hydra in Fear & Hunger.

One of the early enemy boss encounters, the player can give the Girl and Demon Kid characters to the Human Hydra; however, it doesn't do anything.

The Human Hydra is a grotesque & twisted entity in Fear and Hunger. The nightmare pile of faces and flesh can be found in a room in the torture chambers, and will ask the party to bring it a sacrifice in the form of either the Girl or Demon Kid Characters.

You can also fight & defeat the Hydra, however both options give you no reward and the Human Hydra serves as a lesson to players that not all decisions in Fear & Hunger have benefits. This monstrosity was created through a Sylvian abominable marriage by the guards of the fortress in a desperate attempt to escape the horrors of the dungeon.
