A topic to really think about the science of fishes. Who is the true knifefish in our aquarium with electrical super power? Gymnotiformes including the electric eel, black ghost knifefish and other species have long been known as knifefish but other taxa have stolen their common name such as the clown knifefish.
This makes a good example of convergent evolution we can see in a tropical fish aquarium.
