Ice water facials, a popular and trending beauty challenge alot of people have been participating in.
What does it actually work?
I gave this experiment a try for seven days, to see whether it would improve my skin or not and to see how this challenge will change my face in just a few days.
Ice water facials are famous for reducing puffiness, inflammation and helping with dry skin
Doing icewater facials are super simple. You could do it in two different ways.
1. Fill a bowl with water and let it get cold in the refrigerator for about one to two hours.
2. Add water into a bowl and add ice cubes
then submerge your full face in it for 20 to 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times
You could use any of the two ways!
