This is a Fitness Channel that you don't see that much. Its a channel from start to finish.
I started my journey 18 months ago, where I weighed in at 135kg (298lbs). This is where I thought that it is time to change!
Currently weighing in at an amazing 90kg (198lbs). I have lost 100lbs!!!!
