What to expect at week 10 pregnant....

10 weeks pregnant is how many months?
If you're 10 weeks pregnant, you're in month 3 of your pregnancy. Only 6 months left to go! Still have questions? So I know it can be confusing to know what trimester, week, or month am I even in??? I broke down this simple chart to see how far along you are, with no confusion.

Trimester 1
Month 1: Weeks 1 to 4
Month 2: Weeks 5 to 8
Month 3: Weeks 9 to 13

Trimester 2
Month 4: Weeks 14 to 17
Month 5: Weeks 18 to 22
Month 6: Weeks 23 to 27

Trimester 3
Month 7: Weeks 28 to 31
Month 8: Weeks 32 to 35
Month 9: Weeks 36 to 40

Your baby's growth is fast and furious when you are 10 weeks pregnant. She's nearly 1½ inches long and the size of a prune, but not nearly as shriveled — even with all the time spent in water.
In fact, your baby is really taking a human shape now. Bones and cartilage are forming and small indentations on the legs are developing into knees and ankles. The arms, complete with elbows, can flex already
The tooth bud fairy is making an appearance this week, heralding the arrival of your baby's little choppers, which are forming under the gums. But those pearly whites won't break through the gums until your baby is close to 6 months old.
Other systems are a go, too. Your baby's stomach is producing digestive juices, the kidneys are producing larger quantities of urine and, if it's a boy, your little one is already producing testosterone.

You may still be noticing some of those fun pregnancy symptoms sticking around. All clogged up? For many moms-to-be, those pesky pregnancy hormones cause the smooth muscles of the large bowel to fall down on the job — they get sluggish and you get constipated. Fiber in the form of whole grains, fruits and veggies can help, as can drinking lots of water and exercising regularly.
Second thing you might notice are all those blue lines that have suddenly appeared on your skin, crisscrossing your breasts and abdomen.
These visible veins can be especially obvious if you're thin and fair-skinned, even if your not you may still see them, I personally never really see an increase or noticeable dark veins. This happens because when your pregnant you have an increased blood supply needed to nourish your growing fetus.This could be another reason you feel hott all the time.
Constipation is an all-too-common first trimester pregnancy symptom. If you havent dealt with it yet, consider yourself lucky, because its seriously awful feeling. With my first baby, I was not constipated much, with this pregnancy, I was desperately trying to find relief. So here are some great tips I want to share with you have helped me.
