The National Constitution Center will join sites across Pennsylvania in highlighting the great civics-based programs available throughout the state.
Special guest speakers include Dr. William Hite, superintendent of the School District of Philadelphia, the Honorable Marjorie Rendell, Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, and others.
