IMF has very recently lauded India’s digital public infrastructure and called it “world class”. IMF says that digital India is a role model for other nations and has asked other nations to learn from India. And it is true also. Less than 10 years ago, only 6 crore people had access to broadband internet. Now the number has increased to 80 crores. Every month, there are 800 crores UPI transactions
Apart from this, India is also helping other countries as it has allowed other nations in the world to use India’s digital infra. And not only this, IMF has called India a bright spot in the global economy stating that India will be the fastest growing economy in the entire world
