If you have young children you probably have had an object like a toy or toothbrush flushed down the toilet. What do you do if something is stuck in the toilet and it no longer flushes correctly? If you can see the object do not flush and take it out with some gloves. If you cannot see the object and the toilet does not flush correctly try a plunger or use gloves to see if you can get the object out. If that does not work use an auger. Very inexpensive at Home Depot I spent less than $10 for an auger and it worked great! If that does not work you can remove the toilet an re-seat it with a new wax ring.
