Business Insider UK took a look inside the compact apartment, which is located in Kensington, London, one of the most expensive places to live in the city.

Renovated by architect Ian Hogarth of Hogarth Architects, the place might be small but it is fitted with all the essential things you'll need.

While giving Business Insider UK a tour, Ian Hogarth said: "People are having to make do with living in smaller properties. So we have to find ways of making it seem that the properties are larger than they are."

If £225,000 is out of your price range then you can always rent the flat for around £800 per month.
