Tatsumi-yu is a traditional local community sento (hot bath) in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, East Tokyo.
It has been a fixture of the community since 1963, and its low-key style, good social scene and massive library of manga is regularly enjoyed by people from all over Tokyo.
The baths are open from 2pm to 12am every day except Monday, unless Monday is national holiday. The cost is ¥500 for the baths and an extra¥300 for towels hire and use of the sauna.

The sento is foreigner-friendly, and any non-Japanese gang tattoos are acceptable. If you have any questions please leave them in the comment section below.
