Ingredients for making pumpkin puree recipe:
1 small pumpkin
fine salt

Instructions for making homemade pumpkin puree:
- First take your small pumpkin and cut it in half
- Scoop out all the innards from both pumpkin halves
- Now season both insides with your fine salt
- Flip them insides down onto your baking sheet
- Bake at 400F for 1 hour and 20 (60-90 mins depending on pumpkin size)
- Now let the pumpkin cool down completely
- Remove the inside walls on the pumpkin with a spoon
- Pour the contents into a food processor
- Run the food processor until a puree forms
- And your pumpkin puree is done!
