If you want to buy some goodies for pasalubong to your loved ones, there is no other place I can recommend - Baker’s Hill. Here, the prices are way cheaper that other stores in Puerto Princesa. For instance, a box of hopia is around PHP 70 versus PHP 130 at the airport. It is definitely worth a visit!
