In recent decades Albanian organized crime has spread across Europe. Whether in England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland... their presence is no longer negligible. In addition, They have made their place in the global drugs trade on an international scale thanks to their links with the Cartels of South America notably demonstrated by the supply chain of the group Kompania Bello ( one of the most active networks of cocaine trafficking in Europe ). The latter climbed the ladder using the largest Belgian and Dutch ports (Antwerp – Rotterdam) without forgetting their “collaboration” with the very powerful Italian mafia, ‘Ndrangheta.

The video particularly focuses on the Albanian criminal organization even if there are other groups active in these regions (Mocro Maffia, Turkish, Balkans ...)
