VO2 Max is not a number that can easily be increased. You must train hard to increase it. And maintaining a high number is just as difficult.
However, the results of your hard work may just add many years to your life. This is why I constantly train my VO2 Max, and you should too!!!
According to Peter Attia, VO2 Max is the best predictor of any other biomarker for predicting how long you will live. So, get going and start training to increase that VO2 Max!
