2 medium-size potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1 ½ tablespoon onion (chopped)
¼ teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon spring onion/ coriander
¼ teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste

½ cup chickpea flour (basen)
2 tablespoons cornflour/rice flour
½ teaspoon red chili powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
