Bollywood actress and fitness enthusiast Ileana D'Cruz recently teared up after a rigorous workout session. You wanna know why? She had a 'moment' unlike never before. Sharing a post workout picture from the gym, the actress wrote, 'Had a moment today that I haven't ever had after workout before. I got emotional and teared up a teeny tiny bit. Reason?' Revealing the reason, she further penned, 'The trainer at the end of the stretching and cool-down said, 'Now place your hands by your sides and just embrace yourself. Thank your body for all that it does for you.' And that hit so deep. It was the loveliest feeling ever. Try it and see how you feel as well.' In another post, she then revealed why she had taken a workout break. She wrote, 'And we back to it after a little interruption from the monthly maintenance crew.' Ileana, who never ceases to motivate her followers, recently shared something on self-love. Sharing a picture of herself, she penned, 'Self-love kinda day. Reminder to be kind to yourself...also give yourself a hug and thank your body for being a haven and for holding you up through rough times and stressful times...you're a mean fighting machine and today just sit back and enjoy the wonderful things you and your body can accomplish.' Meanwhile, on the work front, she has a very interesting project in her kitty. She is teaming up with Vidya Balan, Pratik Gandhi and Indian-American sensation Sendhil Ramamurthy for a romantic comedy-drama, which is to be directed by leading ad filmmaker Shirsha Guha Thakurta. Announcing the film, she wrote, 'Been waiting so long to announce this! So so excited about this film and to be working with these beautiful actors @balanvidya @pratikgandhiofficial @sendhil_rama I’m absolutely delighted to be directed by the lovely @shirshagt who knows exactly what she wants and is extracting the best out of me...'
