What’s up guys. In this video I show you how to pulse out hotspots on your coils after you’ve completed coil building. For this video, I used the Hellvape Dead Rabbit RTA (rebuildable tank atomizer) and mounted the coil onto the deck prior to recording.

Whenever you finish coil building, you always want to pulse your coils BEFORE you vape on them. Pulsing your coils to remove hot spots will eliminate the possibility for burnt hits and dry hits. One should also check to make sure that the coil has been placed correctly on the deck so that there is no part of the coil touching the atomizer as this could result in a short occurring. Regulated mods have multiple protections, but unregulated mods or mech mods do not. Other safety issues of non-pulsed coils such as a spark or a coil catching on fire could be disastrous especially if the user is using an unregulated mod.

Once you are finished pulsing your coils, let the deck cool down before putting your tank back together. Do not wick it until you are ready to use it.

If you decide to remove the pulsed coil and place it into a different atomizer, you WILL need to pulse it again for hotspots. Think of pulsing like a configuration. If you pulsed it for Deck A and tomorrow you install it into Deck B, you need to reconfigure it (pulse it again) for Deck B.

Coil building is an art and requires practice and skill. Be patient as perfection comes with time and experience.
