IVF is a part of life it should not be a complete life. You need to have your own social life and you can definitely go ahead and travel and eat whatever you want but within the safe limit and you don't have to restrict your travel just because you're undergoing IVF. This is a very important thing. Traveling during IVF treatment maybe we can divide it into before IVF and then after IVF. Now what happens after IVF? Suppose after IVF there is an embryo transfer that has happened. After that suppose if you have undergone an embryo transfer we wouldn't recommend traveling at that point of time because it's a very important phase after embryo transfer where implantation would be taking place and we wouldn't want anything to happen to that important phase of implantation. So after transfer definitely no traveling until your pregnancy test. After pregnancy test suppose if you have conceived then it is just like any other person who has conceived. Usually for the first three months we wouldn't recommend any kind of travel within the city is fine but then long distance travel maybe about five six hours or more is generally not recommended.
