In this video I show you how I train at home with only my bodyweight, I have built my body thanks to bodyweight training and preach it to others as to how life changing it can be! I also explore ways of bettering yourself through any types of techniques, recently I have explored 'Rope Flow', I was unsure about it at the start but now I can't seem to put it down. I am here to discover weird and wacky ways of strengthening your body and your mind because sometimes that thing you may have heard of and thought silly, could be the answer!!
We finish the video of with a bit more on stoicism and how it is helping me understand myself and life around me. Stoicism is a philosophy about bettering yourself and since starting the journey I have not looked back. Stoicism improves me as a person everyday, and we can only get better!
