Get a total body workout that helps to burn fat, build muscle and hit all your major muscle groups using a complex format which is a series of exercises put together in a continuous set without putting the weight down.
You'll need a barbell or a variety of dumbbells. For circuit 1, I used a 15kg barbell & a 20kg barbell for circuits 2 & 3.
This follow along Barbell Workout has 3 complexes plus an ab finisher. Complete each exercise in the complex for 30 seconds. Have no rest between movements. Repeat each complex 2 x through.
