For a fun travel day, we decided to take the Eurostar train from London to Amsterdam. We've never taken this train before or traveled through the chunnel so we were eager to see what the experience was like. We made sure to stock up on snacks for the trip, even though there was a full cafe cart onboard. There was lots to explore on the train which made it an interesting comparison to the other option of a budget flight between the cities. We might not have saved much time or money but we think it was a worth while experience.
