Today we bring you a collaboration with Gonzalo Moreira, cooking one of our favorite Galician recipes: Caldeirada de Peixe (or Merluza à Galega) - a hearty, homemade stew made with Mediterranean monkfish flavored with garlic and bayleaf, topped with the local allada (paprika, broth and garlic sauce sauce).
